PLEASE BE ON TIME. You will need to check in 1 hour before your flight time for training and gearing up. All flights are scheduled to run on time; latecomers will have to be rescheduled with an additional fee ($30 per pax) and flights are subject to availability. For those who have booked your flight during weekends/Public Holidays/School Holidays, do factor in additional travelling time as large crowds will be expected coming into Sentosa.
Your AltitudeX experience will last for about 1.5 hours; this includes check in, preparatory briefing and training before your flight, and the necessary gearing up.
Lockers are available for rent onsite.
